2018 Mrs/Ms Earth Pageant Week Schedule of Events -

June 6 - 11, 2018 Las Vegas USA

Day 1: (2.5 meals provided)

11:00:- Hotel room check in

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Noon:- Pageant Registration / Orientation (Cold cuts / cheese's, rolls, fruit, salads, snacks, soda, coffee/tea, juice, water served.) - Provided By Pageant

1:00 pm - 2:00 pm:- Capture the crown pageant coaching's "Your Best You" session.

- Interviewing Skills (15 mins)

- Media Training (15 mins)

- Photo Posing (15 mins)

- Stage Modeling (Walking, Posing) (15 mins)

2:10 pm - 3:15 pm:- Rehearsal 

(Fitness Preliminary Training, Opening Number Prep)  

4:00 pm:- Board Bus / Departure to Dinner Cruise - Provided By Pageant

8:00 pm:- TBA (Bowling Party) ( Snacks / Beverages served) - Provided By Pageant

 

Day 2: (3 meals provided)

6:00 am - 10:00 am:- Photo Shoot / Delegate Filming

( Fitness shoot @ Pool, Headshots @ TBA, Intro filming @ TBA) 

Breakfast @ Garden Buffett - Provided By Pageant

12:00 pm - 3:00 pm:- Las Vegas Strip Tour / Hoover Dam Tour ( Grab & Go Box Lunch) - Provided By Pageant

5:00 pm:- Board Bus to Fremont Street

6:00 pm - 7:20 pm:- Prep Time for Preliminary

7:30 pm:- Mrs/Ms Earth Fitness Preliminary -TBA

9:00 pm - 10:00 pm:- Meet & Greet @ Citrus Pool (Appetizers & Beverages served) - Provided By Pageant

10:00 pm:- Board Bus to Return to the South Pointe

 

Day 3: (3 meals provided)

8:00 am - 12:00 pm:- Rehearsal - (Breakfast @ Garden Buffet) - Provided By Pageant

1:00 pm - 5:00 pm:- Rehearsal - (Lunch & Dinner @ Garden Buffet) - Provided By Pageant

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm:- Rehearsal

9:00 pm - 10:00 pm:- TBA (Additional Rehearsal)

 

Day 4: (2.5 meals provided)

7:00 am - 8:00 pm:- (Breakfast @ Garden Buffet) - Provided By Pageant

9:00 am - 9:30 am:- Judges Meeting (Continental breakfast) - Provided By Pageant

9:30 am - 12:30 pm:- Personal Interviews (Snacks and beverages available for judges) 

1:00 pm - 2:00 pm:- Delegates, staff and judges lunch- (Breakfast @ Garden Buffet) - Provided By Pageant

5:00 pm - 9:00 pm:- Mrs/Ms Earth Preliminary competition: (Free Live-stream)

-National costume

-Fashion presentation

-Evening gown competition

9:00 pm - Preliminary award ceremony (appetizers & light hors d'oeuvres) (Free Live-stream) - Provided By Pageant

 

Day 5: (2.5 meals provided)

7:00 am - 8:00 pm:- (Breakfast @ Garden Buffet) - Provided By Pageant

8:00 am - 10:00 am:- Rehearsal opening number run through

11:30 am - Ms. Earth Delegates Stage call (Stage Ready)

12:00 pm - 2:00 pm:- Ms Earth Final  competition: (Paid Live-stream)

-Top 15 Announcement 

-Non Finalist Awards Announcement 

-Finalist Fashion presentation

-Finalist Fitness Competition 

-Finalist Evening gown competition

-Top 6 / On stage question

2:00 pm - 2:45 pm:- Delegates, staff and judges lunch- (Lunch @ Garden Buffet) - Provided By Pageant

2:30 pm - Mrs. Earth Delegates Stage call (Stage Ready)

3:00 pm - 5:00 pm:- Mrs. Earth Final  competition: (Paid Live-stream)

5:30 pm:- (Possible Evening News Show Interview) 

-2018 Mrs/Ms Earth Queens - limousine transportation provided (5 hour rental)

-(Each 2018 Mrs/Ms Earth Queens are permitted (1) one guest to accompany her in limo)

6:00 pm:- After Glamour Party - Location TBA- Specialty Awards Announcements 

-(appetizers & light hors d'oeuvres) - Sponsored by Rain Cosmetics - (Free Live-stream)

-Delegate Transportation via Ride share App

-2018 Mrs/Ms Earth Queens will be available for possible evening news interviews
