Laurye Natale
After winning the title of Mrs. US Earth in 2009 and placing 1st runner-
up to Mrs. Earth 2009 Letty Cancel, Laurye Natale was the perfect
candidate to assume the position of Mrs. Earth 2010. She and her
husband, Al, have two children: Nico and Leanna, and own and
operate a fourth generation, septic service business. Involvement in
the lives of her children has always been very important to her. Nico,
now 18, played football since the age of 7. Shortly after he began
playing, she became a member of the Oakville Watertown Youth
Athletic Association Board of Directors as Director of Fundraising and
served in that capacity, as well as Team Mom, for five years. For the
next five years, she served as a member for the Region 10 Football
Boosters Board of Directors-an organization responsible for bringing football to Nico's high school.
Laurye and Al are licensed therapeutic foster care parents, and have been fostering children in their
home for more than six years. Her platform, “Foster a Child, Fulfill a Dream,” is about bringing
awareness to the desperate need for loving foster families throughout the country. She and Al were
able to "fulfill their dream" last year when they were able to adopt Leanna, now nearly 10, who came
to them as a foster child more than three years ago.
In her spare time she enjoys modeling, photography, scrapbooking, reading, working out and
dancing.
